Meet Jeffrey S. Hyslip
Jeffrey Hyslip, Esq. is a nationally recognized consumer protection attorney who founded Hyslip Legal, LLC in 2018 with a singular mission: defending consumers from financial abuse within the Finance Industry.
After earning his Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences with Honors from Bowling Green State University — where he completed minors in Psychology, Business, and Sociology while serving as a Pre-Law Board Member and playing on the Men’s Lacrosse Team — Jeffrey went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. He built extensive experience in consumer advocacy, serving as Managing Partner at Lifetime Debt Solutions and holding positions at Fair Debt Helpers, LPA prior to founding Hyslip Legal.
With specialized expertise in Federal Law, Jeff has built a firm based in Algonquin, Illinois that serves clients across Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas, Colorado, Nevada, and North Dakota. His relentless pursuit of justice has resulted in tens of millions of dollars recovered for clients harassed by debt collectors, creditors, and credit repair organizations.
